DESCRIPTION:Step into a luminous midday soundscape with soprano Yael Benjamin\, joined by pianist Michael Watt\, in a programme celebrating the expressive brilliance of Mozart. From the radiant virtuosity of Exsultate\, jubilate to the intimate charm of operatic heroines in arias such as Batti\, batti\, Vedrai\, carino\, and Ach\, ich fühl’s\, this concert traces the many shades of the human voice. \nMarking a special return to the stage after 20 years of collaboration\, Yael and Michael bring a shared musical understanding to this hour of warmth\, beauty and storytelling. \nUnreserved tickets will be available at the box office from 12:30 \nTicket Price: R100 (R60 for members) \nEnquiries: 011 883 8606 \nThe theatre has presented and produced this uplifting music programme for all\, with leading local and international musicians for the last 15 years. It prides itself on being the only venue in Gauteng to host such regular weekly daytime concerts.
